Triage

When a woman in labor is to be evaluated, she brings a large plastic garbage bag and places it on one of two triage beds. She lies down on top of it to be examined.
Gloves are hard to find. Usually you have to hunt them down in the doctors' conference room, or in a locked cabinet.
Soap is nonexistent. (Doctors carry hand sanitizer in their white coats).
Fetal heart rate is checked with a fetoscope (the silver thing on the table above).
